Windows boot manager loops itself after choosing drive to to boot from

I have dual booted my laptop with windows 11 and ubuntu 20.04. The problem I am facing is: After selecting Windows Boot Manager from GNU GRUB version 2.04, Choose you keyboard layout pops up -> Choose an option (Use a device, Troubleshoot, Turn off PC). Choosing " Use a device " presents 2 options: ubuntu UEFI: Sandisk X400 M.2 Partition 1

On selecting and pressing enter on "UEFI: Sandisk X400 M.2 Partition 1" -> The screen fades goes blank like it's restarting but choose keyboard layout pops up and the loop continues.

Ubuntu from grub works without a hitch but I am unable to boot into my Windows 11. Even after changing Boot Sequence to UEFI: Sandisk above ubuntu, I end getting the same Windows Boot Manager loop.

Reset to default
