Unable to connect to Ubuntu 18.04 VNC session from a windows machine

I'm trying to set up a VNC connection to a remote Ubuntu (18.04) server. I've set up the session on Ubuntu using tigervnc and I can see that I have a session running using the vncserver -list command,

I'm able to ssh into the server from my windows PC. The Ubuntu server has Gnome Desktop environment installed.

But when I use the Real VNC client on my windows machine and type in the IP address of the Ubuntu server, I'm unable to connect to it.

I feel like I'm missing some step on the windows client side to connect to the VNC session. Can someone please help me! Edit: Firewall exception for port 5901/tcp is present

Thanks!
