MPutty - Expected key exchange group packet from server error

in MPutty, I am not able to connect a few of the Linux servers and getting "Expected key exchange group packet from server error" as an error. When I googled, I got the below link which is actually working in putty and not sure how to change the SSH --> KeX --> Diffie-Hellman group exchange setting in MPutty.
